To see families with their own safe home, parents obtaining good sustainable careers, and healthy children with access to quality education and the ability to pursue their dreams, however big they may be.

N.O.A.H's Foundation was created from a deeply personal place — rooted in a desire to turn pain into purpose and ensure that others receive the support and care they need.
Founded in 2019 by Brittney Frazier and named after her son Noah, the foundation honours the spirit of resilience and hope, transforming lived experience into meaningful impact for hundreds of families across Los Angeles.
What began as one person's commitment to making sure no family faces crisis alone has grown into an organisation providing transitional housing, case management, youth mentorship, and community outreach across Los Angeles County.

Brittney Frazier
Founder & Chief Executive Director
Brittney Frazier founded N.O.A.H's Foundation in 2019, drawing on her own lived experience to build an organisation that meets people in their hardest moments with empathy, action, and dignity.Under her leadership, the foundation has supported hundreds of individuals and families in securing stable housing across Los Angeles — from crisis intervention and case management through to long-term independence. She leads every programme with the belief that a safe home is not the end goal, but the beginning of everything else.
